This combination of sea salts and sea vegetable salts provide a great source of unrefined sodium and mineral salts to help maintain the systems of the body. It traditionally stems from the coastal communities of France where it’s used to add a wonderful ocean taste to any dish. I tend to make a batch then sprinkle it on anything from sandwiches, popcorn, salads, potatoes with butter, asparagus or edamame.
3 tbsp sea salt
3 tsp ground or powdered Sea Salad
Mix above ingredients in glass jar and keep close by to use instead of salt on anything!
