Green beans with Kombu

Green beans, but with a twist!

10gr dried Kombu cut into 2-3cm long pieces
500gr fresh green beans

Soak the Kombu in water for about 15-20 minutes. Bring water to a  boil and cook the beans and the Kombu for about 5 minutes.

Adding Kombu to the boiling process reduces the time the beans need to cook. Experience this for yourself!
