Sea Spaghetti Salad

A simple and fresh salad as a side to accompany the main course or just on its own for a super lunch.


10gr dried Sea Spaghetti
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
1 large avocado
1 small bunch radishes
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh basil, finely chopped
Soy sauce
Olive oil
1 tsp mustard

Soak the Sea Spaghetti in tepid water for 30 minutes. Slice the cucumber, cut the avocado and tomatoes into small pieces and the radishes into thin slices. Mix these ingredients.
Make a dressing by combining the mustard and lemon juice, adding soy sauce and olive oil to obtain the desired taste and consistency.

Add the dressing to the other ingredients and gently toss the salad. Add the chopped basil as a topping.
