Dulse mashed potatoes
8gr dried Dulse
1kg potatoes
Butter
Sea salt & Pepper
Soak the Dulse in water for about 10 minutes, drain, and chop into small pieces. Peel (only if you really want to, otherwise wash), cook and mash the potatoes with a little butter (and optionally some milk). Stir the dulse into the warm potato smash and add sea salt and pepper to taste.
