Cooking with Sea Salad

This colourful mix of Dulse, Nori and Se lettuce is a great introduction into the world of seaweeds. Because of the flakes it can be sprinkled onto and into any dish such as pasta, meat, fish, potato and egg dishes and soups, sauces and stews. You name it. It doesn’t need cooking or rehydrating and can be used straight from the bag.

It can also be added to stir fries or added to bread dough or the pastry for pies.

If you prefer smaller flakes, just wizz it in the blender for a bit and use it as a condiment to add spice, flavour and colour to your food.
